Chattahoochee River NRA - Paces Mill

The Paces Mill unit of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area puts you on the river minutes from the interstate. A network of easy trails follows the water through bottomland forest, past sandbars and herons.

The trails are gentle enough for a casual hour and pretty enough for a full morning. Watch for the bamboo groves and the kayak put-ins.
